Chapel of Ghouls is a one-man art project hailing from the bowels of Grand Rapids,

MI with a strong focus on the dark legions that plague his mind.
 

Paintings, illustrations, and other works capture the daily battles of mental health struggles. Whether it's depression, anxiety, hypochondria, or crippling existential dread.
 

The creator of this work believes that in order to overcome one's mental illness; one must understand it. The idea is to face the darkness - to not run away. It's to be one with the abyss.
